Suzanne has been a Patient Care Coordinator at Welcome Smiles since 2011. She graduated from Fitchburg State College with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education because she always wanted to help others. She came to Welcome Smiles because it gave her the opportunity to help others while also allowing her to do administrative work, which she enjoys. She loves her job because she gets to talk to patients and help them have the best possible experience.

In her free time, Suzanne likes to walk, hike, read, knit, and spend time with her family and friends.
