Montana Onacki is a Patient Care Administrator at Welcome Smiles. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from Fitchburg State University and a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) from Simmons University.

Montana’s genuine interest in the well-being of patients shines through in her interactions. She is driven by the desire to ease their dental anxiety and ensure that their dental experiences are as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Montana takes pride in being a supportive presence for her colleagues and relishes the opportunity to contribute to the office’s marketing initiatives, especially the creation of a monthly newsletter that keeps patients informed and engaged.

Outside of her professional life, Montana finds joy in various pursuits. She’s an avid reader, a talented baker, and an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking and kayaking, often accompanied by her husband and their dog. Family holds a special place in her heart, and she cherishes moments spent with her sisters and nephews.
