Irene Hildebrand


Irene is a change-maker when it comes to the patient experience in oral health. She grounds her work in understanding a patient’s needs before they ever visit the office, and helps nervous patients leave the visit with a new attitude about dentistry. Facilitating such interactions comes from a wealth of experiences in administrative assisting, retail management, underwriting, and personnel placement coordinating. A BS in Business Administration from Bryant University and a diverse skill set uniquely equip Irene to do what she loves – help people.

In addition to curating the patient experience at Welcome Smiles, Irene enjoys shopping, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
