Patient Resources

Education, Communication, and Availability

At Welcome Smiles, our relationship with our patients is a partnership, and the foundation of that is transparency. We believe that part of our responsibility is to make sure our patients receive as much information and education as possible about all options presented to you. We will work with you to ensure you have the understanding you need to make informed decisions about your oral health care.

Communication is the key to building a positive relationship between a dentist and patient. We understand that every patient’s situation is unique. So, before any treatment, we will meet with you to review your complete medical history, your oral care goals, and any questions you might have. We want you to feel empowered as a partner in your oral health care. At any time during your treatment, if you have questions or would like further explanation about our services, technology, or a procedure, we will make ourselves available to you and take the time needed to address your inquiries.
